Pilates Flow for all levels with Victoria

No equipment needed for this Pilates flow workout with Victoria. Simply clear some space and grab a yog mat if you are on a hardwood surface. This is a slower paced workout and geared for all fitness levels.

Dance Cardio Queens with Maddie

You have pressed play for some dance cardio fun. No equipment needed. Clear some space and we recommend dancing in supportive shoes as there is some jumping. Have fun!

Inner Thigh Blast with Ash

A quick lower body sculpt targeting the inner thighs. No equipment needed.

Quick Fix Arm & Abs Blast with Mariesha

Mariesha uses 2.5kg hand weights and a pilates playground ball for this workout. Lighter weights can be used if you are newer to our workouts. You can replace the ball with a cushion.

Low Impact Cardio with Ellena and Jasmine

Grab your light weights (1kg) and lets get grooving. This workout has added modifications as its for all levels.

Advance Arms with Ashley and Team

2.5kg weights are used for this fiery arm session. We incorporate wide second and lunges so be prepared for a full body sizzle.

Full Body Pilates Flow with Victoria

A mat based pilates session. Slow paced but pushing you to your optimum burn levels. This pilates session will elongate and tone from top to toe.

Restorative Stretch with Alex

A fab pre or post Define session stretch. Alex uses a towel to help assistant with the stretches to get deeper into the muscle for better release. Clear some space, breathe and enjoy.

Define HIIT with Lindsey

Full body workout done in rounds. All sections are broken down so you are body and mind connected. You will be using 2.5kg hand weights.

Define Power with Ellena & Lily

Our signature Barre workout with added light weights and extra cardio sprints so you feel energised and powerful post session. We recommend trainers worn for the session as there is some jumping.

Stretch with Ashley and Jasmine

Simply clear some space and let's elongate those Defined bodies. No equipment needed. Great to add post Define workout or a great way to start your morning.

Quick Fix Ab Blast with Lily and Ellena

A quick fix ab blast for all levels. You will need a pilates playground ball for this session.

Quick Pilates AB Blast with Victoria and Lily

Short on time? Grab this Ab blast sizzler built with slow and precise movements to leave no ab muscle untouched. Pilates playground ball or cushion from the couch is used midway through this workout.

Inner Thigh & Ab Blast with Alex

Sculpt those tough to reach spots with this inner thigh and sizzling ab blast. No equipment required.

Dance Cardio with Maddie

Clear some space and let's get DANCING! We recommend wearing supportive shoes for this sweat fest as you will be jumping and dancing. Have fun!
