My daily routine definitely changes from day to day. Along side Define, working in the westend means we do 8 shows a week, with rehearsals and different media and press things. As you can imagine sometimes it all gets abit crazy, especially with finishing late and having early starts. I am a true believer of fuelling your body as you wish for it to perform, so although I am on the go alot, i do try to prep my own food if i get time, mainly to save money and know exactly what I am eating, however London now has so many places which provide nutricious lunches and dinners so i am guilty for grabbing something like that.
I always start my day with a good breakfast, that is my number 1 rule... then i tend to eat little and often throughout the day. After finishing a show in the evening i do normally eat something just before bed also.
I can honestly say define has defintely helped with my performances, and just dance overall. It has improved my core and overall strength. The one thing that i do struggle with sometimes are my quads, as you definers know and understand, its an absolute thigh burner (which i love), but then tapping alot everyday on top of that sometimes isn't the nicest feelings.
Another part of my routine involves ice baths. It's only a recent thing we have at shows every other day, and the difference is huge. After having one your legs feel amazing, i would advise 100%.
